Quality Assurance
If your component calls for a flanged head, flanged and reverse dished, hemispherical, elliptical, flared and dished, or dished only, our quality process will follow your order every step of the way. From design, cutting, forming and finishing, every head and component is traced and documented with inspection reports and mill test certificates. That is your assurance of quality and our assurance of customer satisfaction.
Uni-Form Components carries several ASME certifiicates including U, U2 and S.
Forming the right shape
With our precision head presses, Uni-Form Components can hot form heads from as little as 6-inch diameter, quarter-inch thick vessel heads, to sizes up to 11 feet in diameter, with thick nesses exceeding 7-inches - all meeting rigid codes and standards. We can also cold form heads and components in a variety of shapes, sizes and thicknesses with our extensive dishing, flaring and flanging equipment.

Uni-Form is capable of rolling cylinders 10 feet in length and up to 1" thickness. We can provide the cylinders either rolled and tacked or fully welded with the proper certification.UCC is also ASME Section 8 Division 1 and Division 2 certified.
